Robert Audi (Notre Dame), Al Casullo (Nebraska), Richard Fumerton (Iowa), Sandy Goldberg (Northwestern), John Greco (Saint Louis University), David Henderson (Nebraska), Jennifer Lackey (Northwestern), Matt McGrath (Missouri), and Baron Reed (Northwestern) have agreed to present papers. There will also be a banquet on Friday evening.
Workshop papers will be available to those who are interested in participating about two weeks in advance; please direct questionsin this regard to Sanford Goldberg. The location of the workshop is, unless otherwise announced (check this page every once in a while!) WILDCAT ROOM, Norris Center, Evanston Campus. Conference details are always posted on the conference announcements. All non-culinary events are free and open to the public.
